About Krystina
I’ve always been someone who studies, reads, questions, and explores deeply. From an early age, I began having some unusual experiences and was drawn to questions that could not be easily explained. There were childhood challenges and pain along with points of great bliss and psychic phenomena. By my early twenties, curiosity developed into a lifelong exploration of consciousness, spirituality, meditation, intuition, and Self-discovery.I hold a Master’s degree with a concentration in Consciousness Studies and am currently a PhD candidate in Transformative Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My academic work has been an important part of this journey, but so has direct experience. I’ve come to recognize that intellectual understanding can only take us so far. At some point, we have to move beyond what we’ve read and studied and begin to experience these things for ourselves.That movement—from curiosity or intellectual understanding into experience and transformation—is at the heart of the work I offer.I bring more than 30 years of experience with chanting, meditation, consciousness-based healing, Oracle and tarot card work and transformational practices. My approach has continued to evolve through decades of exploration personal practice and study, combining intuitive perception and clairsentient awareness, and assistance from non-physical guides, with grounded practices that support energetic stability, clarity, alignment, and greater wisdom.
This work is about supporting people in developing their own relationship with inner Self, intuition, and the subtle energy in and all around us. Whether you have spent years studying spiritual or consciousness-based ideas or are just beginning to notice something new within yourself, I believe there is value in creating space to move to new insights, awareness and expansion.
